Streptavidin Beads

We are currently using Acro's magnetic beads with various kits, primarily the COVID-19 magnetic beads, which work splendidly for our applications; the only improvement we wish for is faster logistics, as the product itself consistently delivers excellent performance, reliability, and ease of use, greatly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our workflows and diagnostic processes._x000D_

Streptavidin coated magnetic beads (cat# SMB-B01) lot # SMB1-2299-15Z was used as immunocapture to remove the biotinylated proteins in the samples, and the supernatant containing target proteins in the samples were proceeded for the next step of ELISA. The SA magnetic beads are convenient and are easily to handle. The result showed the biotinylated proteins were significantly removed after the incubation with SA-beads, and it demonstrated the SA beads performed very well. Additional to this experiment, the SA beads will be considered for other applications because of the good performance.
