Product Description
The Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads are 2.8 µm superparamagnetic particles covalently coupled to a highly affinity polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. The beads can be used to capture the mouse IgG in Chemiluminescence procedures.
The antibody reacts with the Fc or Fab portion of mouse IgG. No antibody was detected against mouse IgM or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. The antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine serum proteins, but it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

The Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads is used to capture the mouse IgG, it can combination with Acridinium ester markers in chemiluminescence technology, The Acridinium ester markers such as Streptavidin-Acridinium ester can capture the biotinylated proteins or molecules, this allows detection of antigen and antibody binding or antibody screening.

Storage
Upon receipt, please store the Beads at -20°C. The shelf life is 1 year at -20 °C.
Please avoid more than 3 freeze-thaw cycles once reconstitution, immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

Immobilized 0.04 μg /Test of Biotinylated Human PD-1, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82E4) to the Streptavidin-Acridine ester (Cat. No. STN-NA114, 0.008 μg /Test), incubated with 100 μL /Test of Human PD-L1 Protein, Mouse IgG1 Fc Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H52A3) at increasing concentration coupled to Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads (used for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A003) (10 μg beads/Test). Detection was performed with sensitivity of 7.8 ng/mL in Magnetism particulate chemiluminescence immunoassay (MPCLIA) (KEYSMILE, SMART 6500S) (QC tested).
Protocol
The MPCLIA assay shows that Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads (used for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A003) is stable at 37°C for 10 days.

The MPCLIA assay shows that Anti-Mouse IgG-coupled Magnetic Beads (used for MPCLIA) (Cat. No. MPC-A003) is stable after freezing and thawing 3 times.
