    STEAP1 Structure

Other Tags and Version Biotin & Other Labeled Version

This protein carries a twin strep tag at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 44.7 kDa.

    1. Structure

Nanodisc membrane protein is wrapped by a synthetic phospholipid bilayer membrane structure, composed of membrane scaffold proteins (MSPs) and phospholipids.

    2. Synthesis Process

Nanodisc reconstitution is a self-assembly process that starts from purified, detergent-solubilized membrane proteins and reconstitutes them into synthetic phospholipid bilayers stabilized by MSP1D1 membrane scaffold protein. This creates a stable, detergent-free environment that preserves native conformation and biological activity, with excellent homogeneity and full compatibility with cell-based assays such as FACS and binding assays in antibody discovery and screening (ELISA),etc.

  • Bioactivity-SPR

     STEAP1 SPR

Monoclonal Anti-STEAP1 Antibody, Human IgG1 captured on Protein A Chip can bind Human STEAP1 Full Length Protein, Twin-Strep,His Tag (Cat. No. ST1-H5286) with an affinity constant of 8.04 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).

    Protocol
  • Bioactivity-FACS

     STEAP1 FACS

Non-specificity of Human STEAP1 Protein, Twin-Strep, His Tag (Nanodisc) (Cat. No. ST1-H5286) binding to CD3+T cells present in human PBMC. Human PBMCs were simultaneously stained with FITC-labeled anti-CD3 antibody and Human STEAP1 Protein, Twin-Strep,His Tag (Nanodisc) (5e5 cells were stained with 100 μL of 3 μg/mL of Human STEAP1 Protein, Twin-Strep,His Tag), washed and then analyzed with FACS. Both FITC and PE positive signals was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to human CD3+ cells (QC tested).

Introduction de fond

A transmembrane metalloreductase highly overexpressed in prostate cancer with minimal normal tissue distribution. It facilitates cellular iron and copper reduction. Its tumor-selective profile makes it a compelling target for antibody-drug conjugates and T-cell engagers in metastatic prostate cancer.
